Análise postural do operador de harvester na operação de desbaste

Objetivou-se neste estudo analisar a postura corporal adotada no posto de trabalho do harvester na operação de desbaste.

O estudo foi realizado em povoamentos de Pinus taeda no estado do Paraná. Os dados foram obtidos na operação de corte, processamento e enleiramento de árvores. 

Foram realizadas filmagens do operador durante a jornada de trabalho, identificando-se as posturas típicas adotadas e, posteriormente, analisadas pelas metodologias REBA e RULA. 

Os resultados demonstraram que o operador estava exposto a condições ergonômicas desfavoráveis devido ao elevado número de variações no tronco e cabeça, sendo agravado pela ausência de pausas laborais para recuperação.

POSTURAL ANALYSIS OF THE HARVESTER OPERATOR IN THE THINNING OPERATION

The objective of this study was to analyze the body posture adopted at the work station of the harvester in the thinning operation. 

The study was carried out in Pinus taeda stands in the state of Paraná. The data were obtained in the operation of cutting, processing and entangling of trees. 

The operator was filmed during the working day, identifying the typical postures adopted and later analyzed by the REBA and RULA methodologies. 

The results showed that the operator was exposed to unfavorable ergonomic conditions due to the high number of variations in the trunk and head, being aggravated by the absence of labor breaks for recovery.
